Availability varies by season and day of the week. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for peak wedding dates and larger corporate events.

No. Couples and clients are welcome to use their own vendors, including catering, photography, florals, and other event professionals. We simply require that all vendors carry the appropriate liability insurance and are able to provide proof upon request. This flexibility allows you to choose vendors you trust and who best fit your vision.

No — we believe in full transparency, always. To reserve your date, we require a 25% non‑refundable deposit, along with a refundable $500 security deposit. That’s it. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no unexpected add‑ons. The security deposit is refundable following your event, provided there are no damages.
