Day rentals run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight, providing ample time for setup, celebration, and a smooth conclusion to your event.

Weekend Wedding Package

For couples who want additional time to prepare, gather, and celebrate without feeling rushed, we offer an extended weekend option:

Friday at Noon – Sunday at Noon

This package allows for a relaxed rehearsal, flexible setup, and a full wedding weekend experience on the property.

What’s Included With Every Wedding

Every wedding at The Calhoun Reserve includes exclusive access to:

  • All 21 acres of the property

  • Scenic grounds featuring a beautiful pond with fountain

  • The main event building

  • Private Bridal Suite

  • Private Groom’s Suite

  • Warming kitchen with commercial ice maker

  • Choice of 1 of our 4 ceremony arbors, allowing couples to select the style that best fits their vision

  • A limited selection of décor items available to help simplify styling and planning

To make planning easier, we include the following furnishings with each rental:

  • 100 chairs

  • 12 six‑foot round tables

  • 3 eight‑foot rectangular tables

  • 3 six‑foot rectangular tables

  • 4 high‑top tables

Additional seating is available:

  • 100 additional chairs available on‑site for rent
